Delta Phi Mu

Delta Phi Mu was founded on August 28th, 1991 at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana by five strong, determined, and courageous Latina womxn. They dreamt of a Sisterhood which would unite all womxn interested in the Latinx culture and in intercultural exchange to empower them to become leaders through personal, academic, and professional affairs. The Distinguished Ladies have demonstrated the timeless bond of true sisterhood through the principles of support, guidance, assistance, and love. Through embracing each other's backgrounds, we have formed La Familia or a true family of sisters who support, guide, assist, and love one another in all that we strive to do.
